Job Description

Central Supply Clerk position is to assist in providing supplies and equipment efficiently and accurately in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The Central Supply Clerk supports the facility in maintaining the highest level of quality resident care and performs duties as directed by the Administrator. As a Supply Clerk, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out assigned duties.

Monday - Friday (Flexible)

Full Time / Part Time Preferred Requirements Previous central supply experience preferred Must-Have Requirements Knowledgeable of supply practices, procedures, and guidelines Prior work experience in a related role High school diploma or equivalent (minimum) Experience working in a healthcare facility is required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Key Responsibilities Receive, store, and distribute supplies and equipment to various departments Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory audits Ensure supplies are stored safely and according to facility standards Assist in ordering supplies and maintaining documentation Support staff with supply needs in a timely manner Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator Assist with light to moderate physical tasks, including lifting and unpacking supplies or pallets.
