401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Health insurance We are looking for an Inventory Manager with strong pool and spa experience to create, monitor, replenish, and report on the company's inventory using our ERP system. The successful candidate will offer recommendations to ensure ideal levels of inventory in the warehouse, company vehicles, and retail store. Role and Responsibilities Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers. Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory. Create and maintain Purchase Order process and system (via excel, etc.) Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excess surplus. Maintain register of customer warranty items (via excel) before giving to In-House Mechanic Manage and maintain customer covers location in warehouse (logging in and out) Manage and maintain customer pool cleaners and filter's location in warehouse (logging in and out) Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships. Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met. Report to management on stock levels and potential issues Analyze data to anticipate future needs. Inspect the levels of business supplies to identify shortages. Warehouse Layout/Maximize space. Cycle Count Management & Reporting Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintaining Company's vehicle - Weekly spot check and year end inspections Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Purchasing Logistics OR at least 5 years' experience in inventory, distribution and operational procedures Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods Working knowledge of inventory management software QuickBooks Excellent organizational and planning skills Able to multi-task and work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with computers Ability to lift 75 lbs. Seasonal Position Annual Bonus 401K Employer Contribution Medical Insurance Reimbursement $200/per month
