A-Level Used Car TechnicianAtlantic City Mitsubishi | Part of EcoDrive Auto Group Atlantic City Mitsubishi, part of EcoDrive Auto Group, is looking for an elite A-Level Used Car Technician to join our growing dealership service operation. This is not an entry-level position. This is not a basic maintenance role. This is a career opportunity for a serious automotive professional who has mastered the craft, takes pride in precision, and wants to work in a high-volume, professionally equipped dealership environment with steady inventory and strong earning potential. We are looking for a technician with a steady, verifiable employment record , strong diagnostic ability, and the skill set to work across a wide range of makes and models. Mitsubishi certification is preferred, but we are also highly interested in experienced A-Level technicians with luxury, import, European, domestic, used car, or performance vehicle experience. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Air-conditioned shop State-of-the-art equipment Two bays available for the right technician Steady used vehicle inventory Premium and luxury vehicle exposure 1 week paid vacation after 90 days Professional dealership environment Growth opportunity with EcoDrive Auto Group What We Are Looking For We are looking for an A-Level technician who knows how to own the bay. The right candidate is professional, consistent, reliable, technically sharp, and capable of producing high-quality work without needing to be micromanaged. You should be able to diagnose properly, repair correctly, communicate clearly, and take pride in delivering work that reflects your experience. This position is for someone who has already proven they can perform at a high level. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair used vehicle inventory Perform used vehicle inspections and reconditioning work Work on all makes and models Diagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, brake, suspension, engine, transmission, and warning light concerns Identify needed repairs accurately and efficiently Complete repair work correctly the first time Communicate repair status and recommendations clearly Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area Follow dealership procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements Support the service operation with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail Required Qualifications A-Level automotive technician experience required Strong diagnostic ability required Used vehicle reconditioning experience preferred Experience working on multiple makes and models required Must have own tools Valid driver's license required Steady, verifiable employment history required Professional work ethic required Ability to work independently and efficiently required Pride in workmanship required Preferred Qualifications Mitsubishi certification preferred ASE certification preferred Luxury vehicle experience preferred European vehicle experience preferred Import and domestic experience preferred Highline used vehicle experience preferred Dealership experience preferred Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM No Saturdays Compensation Excellent pay based on experience, skill level, certifications, and production ability. A 40-hour guarantee is available for the right qualified technician.
