Inventory Control Specialist

Overview Clovis Steel is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, verifying product counts, entering data into our system, and ensuring that pricing and received orders are properly documented. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and vendors. Pay is based on

Experience Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular and accurate inventory counts Ensure all inventory is properly entered and tracked in the system Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments Receive incoming materials and confirm proper entry in inventory software Maintain accurate product pricing in the system Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory-related issues are resolved efficiently Assist with inventory audits and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, inventory software, etc.) Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with inventory control Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Comfortable working in a warehouse or shop environment

$30,000.00 - $35,360.00 per year
