Full Job Description Full Access UTV Job Summary:

The Inventory Specialist will maintain the organization's inventory, ordering, and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack items from inventory for shipping.
• Builds new kits and store them in inventory.
• Ensuring the accuracy of new products received.
• Provide supervisors, co-workers, and other team members with packaging information.
• Facilitates goods delivery and received.
• Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as requested.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, the purchasing department, and outside vendors.
• Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
• Proficient keyboarding skills.
• Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to develop professional relationships with outside vendors.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged hours of standing
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb to reach materials
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to navigate the warehouse and reach items both high and low.
