We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Inventory Slotting Specialist to support our fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing slotting strategies, and ensuring product placement aligns with operational efficiency and demand. This position also plays a key role in driving inventory integrity, improving pick efficiency, and supporting overall warehouse performance.

AVAILABLE SHIFT

Monday-Thursday, 5:30AM-4:00PM ( Overtime as needed )

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory Control & Accuracy Execute daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy Investigate and resolve discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages) Ensure system transactions accurately reflect physical inventory Consolidate inventory to improve location accuracy Slotting & Optimization Determine forward pick locations for new SKUs Analyze historical data and velocity reports to optimize slotting decisions Re-slot products based on demand, movement, and efficiency Ensure all forward pick locations are properly configured and labeled Operational Execution Move inventory between locations based on product velocity Prepare forward pick locations to maximize efficiency and sales Process damaged, expired, or recalled items appropriately Support internal and external audits as needed Cross-Functional Communication Communicate effectively across departments (verbal & electronic) Provide updates on inventory status and operational needs Performance & Work Environment Meet established KPIs (safety, quality, productivity, teamwork) Work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing demands Perform additional duties as assigned Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Stand/walk for 8-12 hours per shift Bend, squat, and reach at or above shoulder height Work in environments with occasional exposure to fumes or odors Ability to hear equipment, alarms, and announcements

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Requirements High School Diploma or GED Ability to read and interpret inventory reports and procedures Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, manlift) Preferred Qualifications 2-year degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management Experience with Excel and Google Sheets (ability to create and analyze data) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret velocity and inventory data Experience in slotting, inventory control, or warehouse optimization

Compensation Description - The hourly wage for this position is $20.00 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and geographic location and/or shift differentials.
