Automotive Intake & Inventory Specialist (Entry-Level / Will Train)

Job Description:

Route 20 Auto Parts is a growing auto recycling and parts business looking for a reliable, organized Intake & Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role is a mix of office work and hands-on yard work, ideal for someone who likes structure, learning systems, and being part of a fast-moving operation. You will be responsible for checking in vehicles, organizing parts inventory, and helping manage the front office workflow.

Responsibilities:

Check in incoming vehicles and document condition Identify and log parts into our inventory system Assist in organizing and tracking parts in the yard and warehouse Work with team to ensure parts are properly labeled and stored Handle basic front office tasks (invoices, customer intake, phone calls) Maintain accurate records and paperwork Help improve organization and workflow in the shop

What We're Looking For:

Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Strong communication skills Ability to work both indoors (office) and outdoors (yard) Self-motivated and reliable Interest in automotive or willingness to learn Preferred (Not Required): Automotive knowledge (parts, vehicles, etc.) Experience with inventory systems or data entry Experience in auto parts, warehouse, or similar environment

Monday - Friday Occasional Saturdays (maintenance / light work)

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
