Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an RTLS Installation Technician for a leading healthcare technology initiative supporting hospital systems across Wichita. This role is part of a dedicated travel team responsible for deploying real-time location tracking systems within active hospital environments. Technicians will play a hands-on role tagging medical equipment, validating device data, and ensuring accuracy within client systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy structured, detail-oriented work in dynamic healthcare settings and are open to travel-based projects.

Tag medical equipment with RTLS (Real-Time Location Services) stickers
Match RTLS tags to device IDs within the client's mobile application
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail during tagging and data entry
Identify which medical devices are in scope for tagging
Communicate process improvements and flag risks to the project lead

High school diploma or GED
Strong communication skills (interacting with hospital staff, patients, and guests)
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to pass a 7-year background check (no felonies or violent misdemeanors)
Ability to complete a 10-panel drug screen
Ability to meet hospital onboarding requirements, including immunizations and labs
Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment
Technical, electronics, or hands-on installation experience
Military experience (technical or operations-focused)
Backgrounds in asset management, technician roles, environmental services, custodial/janitorial, logistics, operations, merchandising, production, or break/fix support
