$50,000-$60,000 per year (based on experience) About Us Naot Footwear is an internationally recognized footwear company known for exceptional comfort, quality craftsmanship, and innovative design. With manufacturing in Israel and Europe, we are committed to creating premium footwear that combines wellness, style, and sustainability. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to join our Operations team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting purchasing and warehouse operations, and ensuring products are available to meet customer demand. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple warehouses and systems. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through research and reconciliation. Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts. Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouses. Work closely with Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, and Warehouse teams to resolve inventory-related issues. Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment planning. Review receiving and shipping transactions for accuracy. Generate inventory reports and communicate findings to management. Help improve inventory control processes and standard operating procedures. Support physical inventory counts and year-end inventory activities. Assist with special projects as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, purchasing support, logistics, or warehouse operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, filtering, and data analysis. Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems preferred. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
