Latham, NY Job Details Full-time $25 - $27 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Retirement plan Qualifications Inventory control Inventory management Customer service Shipping & receiving Retail store experience Physical inventory counts for inventory management Shipping and receiving inventory management Full Job Description We are looking for team member that has experience with Purchasing, (Generating PO's,) Key Receiving's, stocking parts and Inventory control. Outside Forklift and warehouse supervisory experience a plus. This position reports directly to the company's Finance Controller We offer a great growth opportunity for the right individual. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7:00am to 4:30pm Casual Dress in busy garage & store environment, polo's and sweathirts provided. We have Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Retirement with company match (after 1 year) Christmas Bonus based on company performance.
JOB DETAIL
Accounting Admin. Places purchase orders as necessary. Runs analytics to determine proper pre-season stocking levels Receives shipping manifests and BOL after being checked-in. Key Receives PO's in the system and adjusts costs pricing. Reconciles inventory discrepancies with cost vs sell margins to ensure accurate pricing. Resolves any discrepancies via investigative methods. Maintains business files and records according to company standards. Performs cycle counting as needed and assists in inventory reconciliation. Assists in other AP / AR as directed by the finance controller. Other Administrative support as needed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Desired 5 years previous Retail Inventory Control Experience. (PO's / KEY-RECS / CYCLE COUNTS) or warehouse / store management Familiarity with Heavy Truck Equipment a plus (Plows, Lighting, Sanders, Tarp systems) Ability to learn new software as needed. Familiarity with NetSuite a plus Excel Spreadsheets / Google Sheets A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication, good personality and customer service skills.
