Job Description

We are seeking a versatile, dependable Warehouse, Forklift, Inventory & Receiving specialist to support our fast-paced shipping, receiving, and local distribution operations. In this dual-responsibilities role, you will spend your time safely operating forklifts to manage inventory, leading the heavy loading and unloading of freight trucks, and stepping into the driver's seat of our company box truck to execute local commercial deliveries. This role requires an organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and values safety above all else.
Driving Credentials:
Must possess a valid, clean New York State Driver s License (Class D or above) with zero major moving violations. Comfort navigating local multi-stop routes is essential.
Forklift Expertise:
2+ years of continuous forklift operating experience in a manufacturing or distribution center. Certification is a major plus.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to comfortably perform heavy manual labor, lift up to 50 lbs consistently, and work on your feet across a bustling warehouse environment.
salary:
$21 - $22 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4:30

Safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move, stack, tier, and stage heavy pallets throughout the warehouse.
Loading & Unloading:
Take ownership of the loading and unloading docks; manually and mechanically transfer bulk freight from incoming cargo containers and prepare outgoing shipments.
Inventory Control & Staging:
Verify incoming bills of lading (BOLs), conduct accurate part-count checks, scan barcodes into the inventory system, and stage materials at designated production or shipping work centers.
Commercial Box Truck Driving:
Safely transport finished goods and raw materials to clients across Long Island. Must be comfortable getting your hands dirty and lifting 50 pounds!
