Automotive Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to manage vehicle flow and inventory at our high-volume dealership. This role is key to keeping operations running smoothly from arrival to delivery.

What You'll Do:

Manage incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory Coordinate movement of vehicles between lots and departments Prep and stage vehicles for customer delivery Work closely with sales, service, and detailing teams to keep workflow efficient Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and delivery-ready Perform and document NYS inspections Maintain organization and accuracy across the lot

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record NYS Inspection License preferred Dealership experience is a plus

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
