Inventory Specialist

We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Inventory & E-Commerce Listing Associates to join our growing designer resale team in the heart of New York City. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fashion, luxury goods, organization, and working in a fast-paced environment. Our business is growing quickly, and we are selling a high volume of unique designer bags and accessories every week. No two days are exactly the same, and the inventory you'll be working with is constantly changing. The main focus of this role is to help process, organize, and post inventory to our website accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Receive, organize, and process designer inventory Enter product details accurately into our inventory system and website Create clear and accurate product listings Upload photos and product information to our website Check items for style, condition, brand, size, color, material, and other key details Help maintain organized backstock and inventory areas Assist with tagging, labeling, SKU creation, and item tracking Work closely with the sales and operations team to make sure inventory is listed quickly Maintain accuracy and consistency across all listings Help identify errors, missing information, or inventory issues Support the team with other inventory-related tasks as needed
