Job Description
Hours Saturday/Sunday 11:59pm - 8:30am
Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing a complete inventory of all passengers parked. $16.25 - $16.50/hourInventory Job Responsibilities:
- Must complete inventory paperwork as required.
- Must accurately input license plate information (plate number and issuing state) into the inventory control system.
- Must obtain accurate overnight vehicle counts for all locations.
- Responsible for communicating all concerns regarding vehicle inventory to on duty supervisor.
- Uploads all vehicle inventory into the inventory database on a daily basis.
Customer Service:
- Responsible for answering calls and distributing appropriate information from phone calls, monitoring two-way radio transmissions and intercom equipment.
- Resolve problems and de-escalate situations in a non-confrontational manner.
- Follow procedures in dispatching Shuttle, Maintenance and Technician personnel.
Security:
- Provide information of security concerns to on-duty supervisor.
- Watch surveillance camera coverage and share any/all unusual findings to Public Safety/supervisor.
