About Beast Coast Packaging Beast Coast Packaging is a custom packaging company specializing in branded, high-quality packaging solutions including violet glass jars, custom boxes, labels, and a growing range of custom-engineered packaging products for the Cannabis industry. We work with brands across multiple industries to design, source, and deliver packaging that protects their products and elevates their presentation. We move fast, we hold our vendors accountable, and we treat every project like our name is on the box. The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Application Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for managing our inventory operations — from tracking products to supporting daily workflow — while keeping things running smoothly across the board. If you're someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and communicates well with teammates, this might be a great fit. Key Responsibilities Labeling Apply labels accurately to jars, bags, and pre-roll tubes — both by hand and using labeling machines Ensure all labels are properly aligned, free of bubbles or wrinkles, and meet quality standards Work at a consistent pace to meet daily production targets Packaging & Shipping Package finished products securely and accurately for outbound shipments Prepare and process shipping orders, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and carrier requirements are met Assist with receiving inbound UPS and freight shipments — unloading, verifying contents, and logging received items Quality Control Perform quality checks on inbound sourcing jobs to ensure products meet standards before they enter inventory Flag and document any defects, discrepancies, or non-conforming items immediately Inventory & Staging Stage inventory daily for scheduled jobs, ensuring all required products are pulled, organized, and ready ahead of time Work closely with the COO to maintain accurate daily inventory through in/out tracking, ensuring virtual counts match physical stock at all times Flag any inventory discrepancies immediately and help resolve them Task & Supply Management Monitor stock levels and proactively create reorder requests when supplies or products are running low Track and manage open tasks related to supply needs, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Communicate supply shortages or urgent reorder needs to the appropriate team member in a timely manner What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to work independently and take full ownership of your responsibilities Good communication skills — able to flag issues and collaborate with the team proactively Comfortable working with both paper-based and digital tracking systems Reliable, consistent, and someone who takes pride in keeping things accurate Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, operations, or a related field is a plus What You Can Expect A collaborative team environment where everyone has each other's back Clear responsibilities with direct impact on daily operations
