Inventory and Parts Specialist

Parts and Inventory Specialist Full-Time $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About the Position Glick Management is seeking a dependable and organized Parts and Inventory Specialist to support our parts department and shop operations. This position plays an important role in keeping technicians supplied with the parts they need while maintaining accurate and organized inventory across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, able to work independently, and comfortable with driving, lifting parts, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Pick orders for technicians and deliver parts as needed Pull parts from parts vehicles and deliver to technicians Deliver parts to all shops and storage containers Pick up parts from vendors as needed Deliver emergency parts to shops when necessary Assist the Parts Manager with processing returns Ensure cores are picked up from technicians and returned properly Deliver and ensure all packages are received by the Parts Manager Stock inventory after manager approval Organize inventory and maintain clean storage areas Count inventory regularly and help prevent shortages Monitor fast-moving inventory and maintain stock levels Assist with additional parts department duties as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred Parts knowledge is required Ability to lift and move automotive parts regularly Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently Reliable attendance and punctuality required Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company-provided $15,000 life insurance policy with options to purchase additional coverage 10 days of PTO (Paid Time Off) 15 days of UTO (Unpaid Time Off) 6 paid holidays Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work Location In person
