This role is ideal for someone with strong automotive knowledge who enjoys working with customers in a fast-paced salvage yard environment. As an Inventory Parts Specialist, you will assist customers in locating parts, manage inventory records, answer incoming calls, and help oversee daily operations of our You Pull & Pay yard. Schedule Monday - Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Qualifications Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle identification Excellent customer service and phone communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory systems Must maintain a 100% drug-free workplace No drug-related charges or felony convictions Responsibilities Assist customers in locating automotive parts Check customers in and out of the You Pull & Pay yard Answer incoming phone calls and provide parts availability and pricing Operate cash register and process transactions accurately Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems as needed Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow company policies and procedures at all times Compensation & Benefits $20.00 per hour starting pay Performance bonuses averaging an additional $2.00-$5.00 per hour 2 weeks paid time off 3 weeks unpaid time off Health, Dental & Vision insurance Company-paid $15,000 life insurance policy with optional additional coverage 401(k) with company match 6 paid holidays If you are reliable, knowledgeable about auto parts, and enjoy working with customers, we'd love to hear from you.
