Job Description
Own the flow of materials and data Join PPG in Cleveland, OH to keep production humming on our Weekend Day Shift. You'll coordinate materials to the line, record finished goods, and execute Oracle transactions that make every batch traceable and every count accurate. Role highlights On-site, Cleveland plant — reporting to the Production Superintendent. Schedule — Friday-Sunday, 12 hours per day, 5:00 AM-5:00 PM. Environment — fast-paced, safe, and rooted in 5S principles. Your impact Support Production Supervisors by resolving and preventing transactional errors that delay batches. Execute Oracle Inventory Management and Batch Execution activities to issue, receive, and reconcile stock accurately. Record finished product movements to the correct warehouse locations and prepare timely reports. Capture operator issues, rank them by impact, and drive corrective actions. Take on additional assignments from leadership as needed. What we're looking for High School Diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor's preferred. 1+ year in operations or lean manufacturing. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Oracle. Strong written and verbal communication to influence results and build team cohesion. Benefits and training Paid training.
