Competitive salary Free food & snacks Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Batth Trucking / Fleetbarn is seeking a dependable and organized Parts & Inventory Coordinator to support our busy diesel repair shop operations. This position is responsible for managing parts inventory, sourcing and delivering parts, and helping maintain efficient shop workflow for technicians and service advisors.
Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver truck & trailer parts from vendors Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock levels Track cores, warranty returns, and special orders Assist with inventory management inside Shopmonkey Ensure technicians have parts needed for repairs Monitor fast-moving items and notify management when stock is low Keep parts room and storage areas clean and organized Assist with shop operations and support staff as needed
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs Dependable and punctual Basic knowledge of diesel truck/trailer parts preferred Comfortable using computers and inventory software
Preferred Experience:
Heavy-duty truck parts experience Inventory management experience Shopmonkey or similar shop software experience
