Job Description Summary This position is within the Sourcing Team at Peebles Test Operation.
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:
Expected to be highly accountable, organized, and collaborative. Pay close attention to detail. Must have strong teamwork skills to work with a diverse culture Strong and efficient communication skills Must be well-versed in hazard recognition, risk assessment, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Proper receiving, labeling and handling of chemicals Maintain and keep an organized, clean workspace Eager to learn and cross train. Time management & prioritization skills Required Qualifications High School diploma/GED from an accredited school or institution. Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment Desired Characteristics Self-motivated and demonstrates the ability to transparently communicate clearly and effectively. Ability to perform in a self-directed team environment. Maintain a collaborative, team-first attitude while handling daily challenges Dependability, integrity, and accountability Problem-Solving and adaptable Ability to effectively multi-task Strong communication skills Team oriented, emotionally intelligent, and initiative Organized and aligned with our company mission Empowered, positive attitude, honest and trustworthy Leadership This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations, working with chemicals, and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining. This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
