In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels of automotive parts and supplies, ensuring seamless operations across our warehouse and service departments. Your expertise in supply chain management, supplier relations, and inventory control will be vital in supporting efficient automotive diagnostics, repairs, and customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision, organization, and proactive problem-solving are essential. Responsibilities Oversee daily inventory management processes using order management systems and ERP platforms to track parts availability, movement, and stock levels. Scan in Daily orders thruout the day. Picking and processing orders to be sent out to our main shop and outside customers. Delivering parts to our Quick Lane facility. Manage shipping & receiving operations, including inspecting incoming shipments, verifying order accuracy, and organizing warehouse storage efficiently. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools for equipment repair tracking and maintenance scheduling. Support warehouse management by operating forklifts safely, maintaining a clean and organized storage environment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Skills Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, procurement processes, and logistics coordination. Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing large volumes of inventory data efficiently. Able to lift up to 75 lbs. Moving and Stacking of larger boxes and Automotive Tires.
