Job Description

Wickliffe Country Place is a resident focused long term care and skilled nursing community committed to quality care and operational excellence. We are seeking a reliable and organized Central Supply Coordinator to manage purchasing, inventory, and distribution of medical supplies throughout the facility. The Central Supply Coordinator is responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, and tracking medical and nursing supplies. This role ensures that all departments have the necessary equipment to support high quality resident care while keeping inventory efficient and cost effective. Key Responsibilities Order and maintain adequate inventory of medical, nursing, and office supplies Receive, inspect, and store incoming orders Distribute supplies to appropriate departments and maintain organized storage areas Track inventory levels and conduct regular counts to prevent shortages or overstocking Work with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues Maintain accurate documentation of supply usage and purchase orders Monitor costs and assist with budget management for central supply Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards Collaborate with nursing and department heads to forecast supply needs Assist with equipment cleaning, labeling, and basic maintenance as needed Qualifications Experience in central supply, inventory management, or healthcare supply chain preferred Prior long term care or healthcare experience highly beneficial Strong organization, time management, and problem solving skills Ability to lift and move supply boxes and equipment as required Basic computer skills; experience with inventory or ordering systems a plus Dependable, detail oriented, and able to work independently High school diploma or equivalent required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and paid holidays Retirement plan options Supportive leadership team and positive working environment Opportunities for growth within the facility or organization {
