Claremore Inventory Specialist Pay Rate and Hours:
$23+ depending on experience Monday- Friday 7:30am - 4pmInventory Specialist Job Description:
Inventory Specialist supports production and supply chain operations through accurate inventory control, material tracking, and organized record management. Maintains inventory levels and documentation while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Contributes to efficient workflow and operational success through strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and coordination across teams. Unload and verify incoming goods, process documentation, and stage materials for stocking or dispatch. Maintain accurate inventory records, track inventory movement, perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and store items per company and regulatory standards. Organize inventory for efficient retrieval, support sales floor needs, and manage reservations or backorders. Order Fulfillment and Shipping Pick, pack, and ship parts or kits for production, engineering, and distribution needs. Prepare shipping documents, package and ship domestic and international orders, and assist with pickups and deliveries. Production Support Supply materials, tools, blueprints to shop-floor personnel, support assembly operations, and manage production schedules in coordination with sales and production teams.Inventory Specialist Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in logistics, supply chain management preferred. 1-2 years of experience of work-related experience in inventory control or material handling. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment. Good communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with inventory management systems. Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentInventory Specialist Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Ability to move through facility and up and down stairs. Ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
