Tulsa, OK Inventory Specialist•Must-Have Requirements Previous inventory control and cycle counting experience required Strong computer skills and data entry experience Experience with Microsoft Excel Ability to interpret inventory data and reports Strong communication and email skills Ability to operate an Order Picker or willingness to be trained Comfortable working at heights Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Inventory Specialist•Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, data analysis, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with inventory systems, Excel spreadsheets, and warehouse equipment while ensuring inventory integrity throughout the facility. Inventory Specialist•Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory records within company systems Analyze inventory data and generate reports as needed Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control processes Receive, verify, and track inventory transactions Use Microsoft Excel to manage inventory information and reporting Communicate inventory issues and updates through email and internal systems Operate an Order Picker to access and verify inventory in warehouse locations Assist with physical inventory counts and warehouse organization Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy Follow all company safety procedures and policies Inventory Specialist•Additional Qualifications Experience with warehouse inventory management systems preferred Previous experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills and analytical ability Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments preferred #
