Full-Time Warehouse Associate•Must-Have Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Commercial driving experience (REQUIRED) Experience operating a forklift (certification preferred or ability to obtain) Experience operating or willingness to learn overhead crane operation Strong knowledge of or experience in the steel/metal industry preferred Ability to safely lift, move, and handle heavy steel materials Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory verification Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday-Friday schedule Comfortable working in a warehouse / industrial environment Warehouse Associate•Position Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, verifying, and organizing steel inventory. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring all materials are handled safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has commercial driving experience, warehouse operations experience, and familiarity with steel or metal materials. Warehouse Associate•Essential Duties & Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition Verify inventory against packing slips and purchase orders Organize, label, and store steel materials in designated warehouse locations Operate forklift to move, load, and unload materials safely Operate overhead crane (or assist with operation after training) Assist with preparing materials for delivery or shipment Perform cycle counts and support inventory audits Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Warehouse Associate•Additional Qualifications Experience in steel, metals, or industrial distribution strongly preferred Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented work ethic #

Confer or correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications. Deliver or route materials to departments using handtruck, conveyor, or sorting bins. Contact carrier representatives to make arrangements or to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials. Determine shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped. Compute amounts, such as space available, shipping, storage, or demurrage charges, using computer or price list. Compare shipping routes or methods to determine which have the least environmental impact. #HP1
