Eugene Fastener & Supply Co. Job Overview Eugene Fastener & Supply is hiring a full-time VMI Stocking & Delivery Specialist to support our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) customers. This role involves stocking and replenishing fasteners and industrial supplies at customer locations, making scheduled deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory and activity records. You'll work independently, manage assigned routes, and help customers avoid downtime and surprises. Key Responsibilities Stock, organize, and replenish VMI inventory at customer sites Follow established min/max inventory levels and stocking schedules Verify correct part numbers, quantities, and bin locations Deliver inventory using a company vehicle Maintain clean, organized inventory areas at customer locations Record visits, stocking activity, and issues using call logs Use basic computer tools for Excel updates, inventory tracking, and label creation Communicate shortages, issues, or opportunities to internal teams Represent the company professionally at all customer sites Qualifications Able to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working independently and staying on schedule Position involves frequent handheld order entry. Candidate should be comfortable typing complete entries with accuracy and flow. While high speed is not required, ability to efficiently use a keyboard/keypad is necessary for success in the role. Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Excel, call logs/data entry, and label creation Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong attention to detail and organization Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused Preferred (Not Required) Experience in inventory, delivery, stocking, or warehouse roles Familiarity with fasteners, hardware, or industrial supplies Experience working in manufacturing, construction, or maintenance environments Some college or technical training preferred

Pay & Benefits Pay:
