The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the cannabis industry and a deep understanding of seed-to-sale tracking compliance. In this role, you will be the backbone of our product flow—managing everything from physical packaging and METRC tracking to invoicing and sales fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities METRC Management:
Confidently navigate METRC to create packages, generate shipping manifests, execute transfers, and maintain strict state compliance.
Inventory Control:
Track, monitor, and audit physical inventory daily to ensure exact alignment with our digital tracking systems.
Product Processing & Packaging:
Accurately weigh and "pound up" bulk cannabis into retail-ready units, as well as prepare and seal full-pound packages for our wholesale partners.
Order Fulfillment:
Assemble, pack, and stage orders for our sales representatives to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Invoicing & Administration:
Generate, manage, and process accurate sales invoices using QuickBooks.
Requirements & Qualifications Industry Experience:
Prior work experience in the cannabis industry is strictly required .
METRC Proficiency:
Must be highly comfortable and experienced using the METRC tracking system.
Software Skills:
Working knowledge of QuickBooks for invoicing and basic administrative tasks. Attention to
Detail:
Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in weights, measurements, and compliance data entry.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Licensing:
