Inventory Specialist Higher Cultures - 2.0 Portland, OR Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Computer operation Computer literacy Microsoft Office High school diploma or GED Data entry Warehouse experience Full Job Description Position Summary The Inventory Specialist supports the daily operations of our wholesale division by maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing warehouse inventory, and assisting with overall inventory control processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting compliance standards, and helping maintain efficient day-to-day warehouse operations. Duties & Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliations. Organize, stock, and monitor inventory to ensure products are properly stored and easily accessible. Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying product quantities against invoices and manifests. Maintain compliance in METRC, including tracking inventory movements and ensuring accurate data entry. Monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies, shortages, or product concerns to management. Support overall warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards. Assist with auditing inventory and investigating discrepancies as needed. Communicate effectively with the Wholesale Manager and other departments to support accurate inventory management and operation efficiency. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 21 years old. Ability to obtain an OLCC permit. Experience with METRC is required. Experience with LeafLink is required. Experience with Office 365 is a huge plus. Prior experience in warehouse, delivery, or inventory control preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods of time. Basic computer skills required, experience with inventory tracking systems is a plus.
