Variety Every Day:
No two jobs are the same—every day brings new challenges and opportunities. Responsibilities Travel to customer homes and businesses in the greater metropolitan area in a professional and empathetic manner. Carefully pack, load, and unload household/business items, furniture, and appliances for safe transport and storage. Use iPads and inventory software to document items, apply QR codes, and capture photos for accurate tracking. Ensure all textiles, contents, and furniture are properly wrapped, boxed, and secured. Deliver restored contents back to customers and place them in designated rooms. Keep vehicles and equipment clean and in good working order, reporting any needs to management. Maintain cleanliness and security of customer properties upon job completion. Work in the warehouse to help clean, restore, and prepare items back to pre-loss condition. Wrap, box, and stage restored items in the warehouse to ensure they are ready for safe redelivery. Inspect restored items for cleanliness and damage before they are returned to customers. Keep work areas organized, report equipment needs, and follow safety procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check. 6+ months of customer service experience (delivery or moving experience a plus). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer/data entry skills (iPad use preferred). Ability to lift up to 25-75 lbs and stand/walk for long periods. Dependable, empathetic, and motivated to help people in need.
