Inventory Coordinator Pay:
Starting at $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM No weekends

Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support warehouse and production operations within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, processing inventory transactions, supporting material movement, and ensuring proper documentation and traceability of materials. This is a great opportunity for candidates with inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical experience looking to grow within a stable and fast-paced operation. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Process inventory transactions within ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or AS400 Ensure proper lot tracking, FIFO procedures, and material traceability Coordinate movement of materials between warehouse, production, quarantine, and shipping areas Verify released material status prior to production use or shipment Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed Maintain compliance with GMP, safety, and company procedures Work cross-functionally with warehouse, production, quality, and logistics teams to support daily operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, or materials management experience preferred Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems (SAP or AS400 preferred) Understanding of cycle counts, inventory transactions, lot control, and FIFO practices Experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or regulated environments is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment Ability to lift and move materials safely when needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
