YOUR ROLE
Shop Operations & Inventory Management You will oversee the daily flow of materials and information, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Inventory Control:
Track, organize, and manage stock levels. You'll ensure our production crews have exactly what they need to start their day without delays.
Facility Ownership:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. You take pride in a workspace that reflects our professional standards.
Customer Liaison:
Serve as a friendly first point of contact for incoming calls, assisting with service inquiries and routing info to the right departments.
Logistics Support:
Receive shipments, process orders, and conduct regular audits to keep our data accurate and our shelves stocked.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Mindset:
Sharp attention to detail and a "no-task-too-small" attitude.
Communication:
Professional phone etiquette and the ability to interact clearly with both crews and customers.
Physicality:
Ability to lift materials, move inventory, and remain active on the shop floor throughout the day.
Organization:
Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently without constant supervision.
Experience:
Previous experience in warehousing, inventory control, or customer service is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
