  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will oversee inventory management processes and optimize stock levels. Your expertise will help streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels on a weekly basis. Collaborate with the team to source materials efficiently. Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies or stockouts to implement process improvements and prevent recurrence. Oversee shipping & receiving operations, including order fulfillment, materials handling, heavy lifting, and forklift use. Support production planning by analyzing inventory data to ensure timely availability of materials while minimizing excess stock. Will also support the sales staff on certain days which will include waiting on customers and answering phones. Skills Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, warehouse distribution, and inventory control techniques. Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable pricing. Expertise in demand planning, materials management, procurement processes, and logistics coordination. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively. Experience with shipping & receiving operations, including forklift operation (certification preferred), materials handling, and heavy lifting.
Pay:
$15.00
