Job Description

Inventory Specialist Join a fast-paced warehouse team as an Inventory Specialist and help maintain accurate, efficient operations in a clean environment. In this Monday-Friday role (7:00am-3:30pm, with overtime as needed), you'll manage inventory transactions, perform cycle counts and audits, and analyze data to resolve discrepancies and improve accuracy. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of inventory experience, strong attention to detail, and experience with warehouse systems and equipment, and are ready to make a direct impact. What's in it for you? Inventory Specialist Details:
Contract to Hire position $22.00 to $26.00 /hour Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm) Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and transaction tracking, resolving discrepancies as needed. Analyze inventory data and reports to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. Ensure proper storage, handling, and verification of products (including lot/expiration details) to prevent loss or damage. Operate warehouse equipment and support inventory operations, including overtime and peak season needs.
Inventory Specialist Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required, with 3-5 years of experience in inventory control or a similar warehouse role Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment; familiarity with inventory systems and WMS preferred Strong data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to safely operate (or be trained on) forklift and warehouse equipment; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong written and verbal communication skills preferred Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
