Langhorne, PA (Onsite) Position Summary The Inventory Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily inventory/shipping functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations at ND Sheets. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments. Compensation The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. Key Responsibilities & Expected Results:
Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work. Inventory Control Shipping planning / PGI Assist with inventory data entry and updating internal systems accurately. Manage office supplies and coordinate inventory restocking. Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical. Prepare and proofread reports, memos, and other documents. Support HR functions such as timekeeping, onboarding documentation, and maintaining employee records. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Provide administrative support to managers and other staff as needed. Key Performance Indicators Shipping Inventory Correct Accuracy with records Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or administrative certification preferred. 2+ years of clerical experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment required, shipping and receiving experience required. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). SAP experience a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail with inventory. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
