Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct UPC scanning across all designated store areas with accuracy and speed. Coordinate directly with Store Managers to ensure efficient audit planning and execution. Liaise with remote internal teams (data QA, product enrichment, operations) to resolve issues in real time. Responsible for collecting missing UPCs and product images from alternate sources (manual lookup, online vendor portals, catalogs, etc.). Apply category-wise expertise, especially in CPG and FMCG segments such as beverages, snacks, frozen, tobacco, and grocery items. Assist Team Leads in preparing effort estimation, store complexity mapping, and audit planning. Take before-and-after pictures of store inventory to maintain documentation and ensure high standards of professionalism. Provide hourly updates on scanning progress via internal tracking tools or group communication channels. Must be flexible for rotational shifts, on-demand scheduling, and night/weekend assignments based on store availability. Exhibit a growth mindset with a strong drive for learning and operational excellence. Must have experience or adaptability with HHT devices, POS systems, or digital inventory management tools. Prior C-Store experience is highly valued and will be given preference.
