Secret Scope:
Performs supply chain and inventory operations under the guidance of the contractor's Logistician(s) for Property Accountability Services (PAS) at
NUWCDIVNPT
warehouse facilities. Executes receiving, warehousing, inventory, material expenditure, and customer service functions using Navy ERP for
SUBSAFE/LEVEL I/DSS-SOC
material. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Generate inventory count sheets in ERP per Government Inventory Plan or ad-hoc requests. Perform physical inventory counts and labeling of OM&S-R and NWCF-SM material. Pull LX17 Inventory Reports; upload approved LX17 against inventory records. Identify and document inventory discrepancies. Store material per Government Location Schema; ensure proper storage by Condition Code and NSN.
Perform warehouse maintenance:
re-warehousing, stock rotation, shelf-life management, storage aid maintenance. Perform COSIS; track and report lost/damaged material, discrepancies, hazardous material. Support MHE operations as needed (forklifts, pallet jacks). Provide customer service via phone, email, fax, and in-person; respond to inquiries; provide disposal/shipping guidance. Access Navy ERP for material identification and tracking. Investigate shipment status inquiries; identify root causes; capture lessons learned. Support quarterly summary reports with process improvement recommendations. Receive, inspect, and process materials; verify part number, count, and condition against Navy ERP purchase orders.
Process receipts by material type:
MILSTRIP, Classified/COMSEC, GPC/Contract, goods receipt without reference. Document damaged/nonconforming materials; prepare TDRs, SDRs, PQDRs. Maintain open orders, bills of lading, WMFs, completed files. Complete Navy ERP induction, WMFs, chain of custody forms, KSDs (DD-250, DD-1348, DD-1149). Process WMFs, pull material, execute ERP issuing transactions (221, 281, 551), stage for delivery.
Track disposition documentation:
Bills of Lading, DD-1149, DD-1348, Demilitarization Certificates. Support preservation, packaging, packing, and marking; review CIIC and classification markings. Support material delivery per priority timelines; obtain customer signatures on WMFs.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma. Two (2) or more years in a related field.
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
Navy ERP/SAP warehouse operations.
MILSTRIP, NAVSEA
Warehouse Process Guide.
Logistics documentation:
WMFs, DD-1149, DD-1348, DD-250, Bills of Lading.
Discrepancy reporting:
TDRs, SDRs, PQDRs.
Inventory management:
LX17 reports, Condition Codes, NSNs. COSIS procedures, shelf-life management.
SUBSAFE/LEVEL I/DSS-SOC
material handling.
Preferred Certification:
OSHA forklift certification (up to 15K lbs capacity, Class I-V and VII).
