Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in retail operations support, is seeking a dedicated Inventory Specialist to join their team. As an Inventory Specialist, you will be part of the Retail Operations team supporting distribution and retail store coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive relationship management, and operational awareness, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
7am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Serve as the primary point of contact for retail stores contacting the distribution center Receive, document, and route concerns to appropriate operational teams or subject-matter experts Communicate updates, variances, or issues that may impact store operations in a timely and professional manner Maintain clear, accurate, and professional communication with all partners Support coordination between retail and distribution teams to improve efficiency and reduce operational disruptions What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year experience in Distribution, Transportation, or Retail operations Working knowledge of distribution center, transportation, and/or retail store operations Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization Basic computer and clerical skills (email, reporting, documentation) Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities What's in it for me?
