Supplemental Insurance Fraud Remediation Plan SUMMARY The following job description is for the Training and Inventory Control Specialist for MRO operations at BMW Manufacturing. Training and Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for activities related to physical inventory accuracy and technical oversight variances.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Inventory Management Identify and Investigate discrepancies SAP/WMS systems Audits Comparison Analysis Cycle counts Analyze inventory trends Escalate additional training needs to management. Parts verification and utilization. Conduct all audits as requested by management. Prepare and submit all reports and KPI's as assigned by management. Investigate issues with goods movements. Ensure compliance with the safety program. Resolve dashboard exceptions. Manage the disposal or transfer of obsolete, damaged, or expired inventory. Additional tasks as assigned by management.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role is an individual contributor and does not have direct reports but works directly with the operational leadership.

Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1 to 3 years related experience in inventory management and/or training, or equivalent combination experience. Must have a minimum of 6 months Standup forklift experience .
