Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our logistics team. In this vital role, you will oversee inventory accuracy, streamline warehouse distribution processes, and lead daily warehouse operations. Your expertise in supply chain management, procurement, and warehouse operations will ensure seamless inventory flow, enhance efficiency, and support overall business growth. Duties Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. Coordinate with purchasing, sales, customer service, technicians, vendors, and leadership to keep orders moving on schedule. Conduct regular stock audits, root cause analysis for discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to improve inventory control. Enforce company safety procedures and applicable workplace safety requirements. Oversee shipping & receiving operations, including order fulfillment, materials handling, heavy lifting, and logistics. Experience Previous warehouse leadership experience, preferably as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Lead, or similar role. Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse safety practices. Experience using warehouse management systems, inventory software, scanners, or related technology. Knowledge of procurement processes. Familiarity with materials handling equipment such as forklifts; certification preferred but not required. Excellent organizational skills.
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
