8:00 AM•3:30 PM Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing finished goods inventory, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating replenishment activities, and supporting customer service functions through order processing and customer communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, warehousing operations, and customer service, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInventory Management Manage day-to-day activities related to finished goods inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand. Plan, replenish, schedule, track, and maintain inventory accuracy Exercise control over finished goods inventory movements between production, cut-down operations, and warehouse locations. Maintain safety stock levels across multiple warehouse facilities. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and documentation. Qualifications Skills and Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, customer-focused attitude. Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, supply chain, or inventory management required. Experience with inventory tracking and replenishment systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Ability to operate standard office equipment including copier, fax, and telephone systems. #CustomerService123
