Full-time Warehouse/Inventory/Fulfillment Technician Employment Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or
GED Experience:
Tow Motor experience desired (will certify, if needed)
Knowledge:
Company practices and procedures Departmental production requirements Ability to function with minimal supervision Computer skills
Skills:
Good manual dexterity Personnel Test score of 16 or above Basic math and counting capabilities Must be at least 26 for insurance purposes
Hours:
7:00 to 3:30 Monday thru Friday (Schedule may vary depending on need) Overtime (Occasionally as department needs require) Candidate must be prepared to work year-round depending on needs. (Layoff possible) Presence at a physical RFE workplace is essential
Environmental Considerations:
Work is performed in a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse setting with normal temperature and environmental variations.
Physical Requirements:
Standing and walking all day. Lifting of up to 50 pounds may be involved. Candidate must be able to work independently. Multi-tasking abilities.
General Job Description:
Under general supervision the employee performs duties that facilitate warehouse/inventory/fulfillment operations. Duties include but are not limited to: Stocking, picking, packing and shipping of products to customers. Ability to use clerical and accounting skills and ability to follow directions. Unloading, checking loads, delivery of products to the floor and returns management. Daily inventory counts, as needed and physical inventories periodically. Computer literacy for verifying item numbers and inventory. Warehouse maintenance and cleanliness required. Assist in providing management with samples, preparing items for shipment to schools and running errands on an as needed basis. Candidate must be safety oriented with a valid Driver's License. Working as a team member with good attention to detail and a sense of urgency is a must.
