Job Description
Job Overview 4M Autoplex is looking for a motivated and dependable Inventory Manager / Vehicle Reconditioning Specialist to join our dealership team. This position plays a key role in managing vehicle inventory, coordinating vehicle reconditioning, and ensuring vehicles are lot-ready for sale. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory Track vehicle status throughout the reconditioning process Coordinate detailing, mechanical repairs, inspections, and cosmetic repairs Ensure vehicles are clean, photographed, and ready for front-line sales Monitor inventory aging and maintain accurate records Work closely with sales, service, and management teams Perform vehicle lot organization and inventory checks Schedule vendor and service appointments as needed Maintain dealership appearance standards Assist with additional dealership operations as needed Qualifications Previous dealership, automotive, or inventory experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently Basic computer and communication skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to drive and park a variety of vehicles Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities available Monday-Friday schedule Positive team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth within the company
