This position is seeking an individual who has previous inventory experience who can manage the flow of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Their primary objective is to maintain optimal stock levels, prevent production line disruptions, and ensure accurate records of all stock movements using our in house software.

Key Responsibilities Material Tracking & Control:

Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of parts, preventing costly production downtime.

Cycle Counts & Audits:

Conduct regular, rotating physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies with ERP or CMMS software.

Receiving & Issuing:

Oversee the intake of raw materials and issue stock to the production floor based on Job Bills of Materials (BOM).

Supply Ordering:

Identify depletion points, establish reorder levels, and proactively order replacement supplies.

Warehouse Organization:

Store materials in designated locations and maintain strict organization for easy access and retrieval.

Loss & Shrinkage Mitigation:

Identify obsolete inventory, track damaged goods, and implement protocols to reduce loss.
