Job Description

Specialist, Inventory Control Rigaku Americas Corp. United States, Texas, Cedar Park Mar 26, 2026 Join Rigaku in shaping a better world through new perspectives!
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of inventory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • At least 3 years of experience creating, pulling, and issuing work orders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows environment) required
  • Experience with Infor SyteLine is a plus
  • Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities:
  • Create work orders based on system-generated reports and production requirements
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Pull and issue material kits to assembly teams
  • Receive and process incoming inventory
  • Monitor and track shortages, replenishing parts as they become available
  • Accurately enter all inventory transactions into the system
  • Process RMAs in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with purchasing to identify and expedite shortages
  • Partner with the Manufacturing Manager to address operational concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom
  • Assist in the shipping area as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
