Inventory Control Specialist - Job Description A2 Monday-Thursday 6PM-4:30AM $22.00The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring inventory integrity throughout the warehouse. This role performs regular inventory audits, investigates discrepancies, and supports operational efficiency by monitoring inventory movement and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Perform ABC, near-zero, and scheduled cycle counts throughout the warehouseInvestigate and reconcile inventory discrepanciesIdentify root causes of inventory variances and report findings to managementMonitor damaged inventory and ensure proper documentation and dispositionMaintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system (WMS)Research inventory issues related to shipping, receiving, production, and transfersAssist with inventory audits and physical inventory countsWork closely with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to improve inventory accuracyEnsure compliance with company inventory procedures and policiesGenerate inventory reports and provide updates on inventory trends and issues

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
