This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, monitoring stock levels, and supporting daily warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory counts for raw materials, packaging, work-in-process, and finished goods Perform daily cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances Monitor inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments Ensure inventory records are updated accurately in the ERP or inventory management system Coordinate with production and purchasing teams regarding material availability Verify lot numbers, expiration dates, and

FIFO/FEFO

inventory rotation practices Assist with receiving and warehouse operations as needed Generate inventory reports and provide inventory analysis to management Maintain organized storage areas and ensure accurate labeling of products and materials Communicate shortages, damaged goods, or inventory concerns promptly Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Food manufacturing experience is a plus Experience with ERP or inventory management systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Starting Hourly Rate - $20 Work Environment This job operates onsite at our manufacturing and office site in Fort Worth, TX. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position - Monday through Friday, in person. 5:00am- 1:30 pm Monday through Friday This role is for an individual contributor.
