Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Controller to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy. You will lead the cycle counting program, manage day-to-day stock movements, and utilize our ERP system to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
Key Responsibilities ERP System Management:
Maintain real-time inventory precision by logging and monitoring stock movements, receipts, and transfers within the ERP system .
Cycle Counting:
Execute the daily/weekly cycle counting schedules, investigate root causes of discrepancies, and reconcile variances.
Reporting & Auditing:
Generate stock accuracy reports and assist with annual physical inventory audits.
Collaboration:
Partner with Warehousing, Purchasing, and Finance teams to resolve stock issues.
Requirements & Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Experience:
2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
ERP Systems:
Hands-on experience using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
Cycle Counting:
Strong experience with cycle counting methodologies and inventory reconciliation.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas) with strong attention to detail.
Physical:
