Full Job Description Inventory Control Specialist/Shipping and Receiving Clerk Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately check-in and receive all freight in a timely manner. Clean and stock inventory daily. Maintaining the appearance of shipping/receiving area. Meeting or exceeding daily sales goals. Attending weekly department meetings. Maintaining positive attitude Maintaining customer satisfaction . Any and all other duties that relate to parts and accessories. Keep freight expenses to a minimum. Maintain efficient shipping procedures. Help maintain proper inventory levels. Maintain proper phone techniques. Maintain clean workspace. Maintain proper merchandizing throughout department. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Label and merchandise product in proper area. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Inventory Control Specialist/Shipping and Receiving Clerk Physical Demands:

Must be able to move around a shop atmosphere easily and perform light to moderately heavy lifting. Will be walking and on feet most of the day. Must have full use of hands for typing. 5 day work week Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm Saturday 9am-5pm Inventory Control Specialist/Shipping and Receiving Clerk Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of distribution center or warehouse experience Proficiency in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and stocking Ability to operate a forklift and use warehouse management systems Experience with heavy lifting and using equipment such as pallet jacks Familiarity with order picking procedures and RF scanners Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Inventory Control Specialist/Shipping and Receiving Clerk Summary In the role of Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be integral to the efficient operation of our dealership, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing shipping and receiving processes, utilizing warehouse management systems, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. With your core skills in order picking and heavy lifting, along with premium expertise in forklift operation, you will contribute to maintaining optimal inventory levels. Your experience, skill, and proficiency with basic math will enhance accuracy in stocking and packaging, making you a vital asset to our logistics team. Additionally, your performance will earn you a wage review at 90 days.
