This isn't a passive support role — you'll be embedded in the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving inventory and distribution business, where accuracy isn't optional and initiative is expected. We're looking for someone wired for urgency, laser-focused on precision, and driven to keep the operation running clean and tight. → Data entry & record keeping — Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across inventory, transactions, and operational logs. Errors don't just slip through here; they cost us. → Inventory accuracy & audits — Conduct regular cycle counts and audits, reconcile discrepancies, and flag variances before they become problems. → Math & calculations — Handle measurements, unit conversions, and quantity checks with speed and confidence. → Quality control — Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to verify specs, condition, and quantities match documentation. → Organization & filing — Keep physical and digital records structured and accessible. Fellow employees should be able to find anything in under 60 seconds. → Problem solving — Identify operational inefficiencies, surface issues proactively, and come with a proposed solution — not just a problem report. → Minor manual labor — This is a working environment. Expect to get your hands on product daily — moving, tagging, staging, or verifying physical inventory.WHAT SETS YOU APART
