Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Specialist to manage procurement and material operations directly within our fast-paced warehouse environment. In this hands-on, desk-based role, you will be responsible for creating and updating purchase orders, tracking backorders, and communicating daily with vendors to ensure timely material flow. Because this position is deeply integrated with our facility's day-to-day material management, the ideal candidate must be highly comfortable working inside a warehouse setting and active in supporting inventory control functions, including routine cycle counting and inventory audits. To qualify, you should possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing or distribution environment, Microsoft Excel skills, and proven technical proficiency navigating ERP systems (SAP is a major plus) to maintain accurate data for our $45,400 - $60,000 USD on-site role.
